Legal Disclaimers

Please read these important notices regarding our professional services and limitations.

Architectural & Engineering Licensing

NextEdge Builders provides drafting, design support, estimating, and construction documentation support services. We are NOT a licensed architectural or engineering firm.

All drawings, CAD files, 3D models, and designs produced by NextEdge Builders are intended for conceptual, estimating, coordination, or shop drawing purposes only. If these documents are required for municipal permits, structural integrity verification, or official construction execution, they must be reviewed, stamped, and approved by a licensed architect or professional engineer registered in the jurisdiction where the project is located.

Our services are intended to support construction professionals, contractors, and developers in their planning, estimating, and documentation processes. We do not provide licensed architectural or engineering design services, nor do we assume liability for structural, life-safety, or code-compliance failures if our documents are used without proper licensed professional oversight.

Estimating Accuracy & Market Volatility

While NextEdge Builders utilizes advanced software and experienced professionals to generate highly accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates, construction costs are inherently subject to market volatility.

Material prices, labor rates, equipment costs, and supply chain availability can fluctuate rapidly. Our estimates are based on historical data, regional pricing databases, and the specific information provided to us at the time of the estimate. We do not guarantee that the final actual costs of construction will match our estimates, and we assume no liability for financial losses, bid failures, or cost overruns resulting from the use of our estimating services.

Client Responsibility

It is the sole responsibility of the client (contractor, developer, or owner) to verify all quantities, dimensions, specifications, and pricing before submitting a formal bid, ordering materials, or commencing construction

By utilizing our remote services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and limitations of liability.
